After our first meeting, she created challenging but not discouraging strength training and conditioning routines that I could do at the gym and at home. She customized plans that were not only effective but also worked with the equipment, time I had, accomodating for past injuries and problem areas, i.e. weak ankles, shoulder pain, etc. Within two weeks of following Samantha's planned workouts, I stood taller, was more energized with a bounce in my step, and felt much more confident! I had worked with trainers before, but I had never met one who came even close to Samantha's level of attention, her depth and breadth of knowledge on and attention to proper technique, why a particular piece of equipment is being used, and how the body is responding. Samantha gives gentle but assertive instruction so there is no time wasted in her thoughtfully-planned routines, which never feel monotonous or repetitive.
