Services and Pricing

  • 1:1 Personal Training

    Train with me 1:1 at your apartment gym, or at my gym in Long Island City, Queens. Sessions are 60 minutes long and customized to help you achieve your goals. We’ll focus on strength training and progressive overload, but will mix in balance, mobility, and cardio (if you want).

    Individual session: $120
    Five pack of sessions: $570
    Ten pack of sessions: $1,080

  • 1:1 Virtual Training (Coming Soon)

    Train with me 1:1 via Zoom. Like in-person sessions, virtual sessions are 60 minutes long and customized to help you achieve your goals. We’ll use the equipment available to you at home (or your home gym) and make sure you feel comfortable with strength training and movement.

    I plan to begin offering virtual training in Fall 2025 — if you’re interested, please reach out and we can discuss options!

  • Custom Programming

    Perfect for those who already know their way around the gym, I can work with you to create custom programming that will help you achieve your fitness goals. We’ll start with a consultation in which I’ll learn more about you and your goals, and then create an exercise program for you that you’ll do on your own, when it works for your schedule.

    Initial consultation and programming: $60
    As-needed check-ins: $40 each.
